NANCY BRAUN

Nancy Braun of
REATA Property Management, Inc.
manages a sizable retail property portfolio in
addition to handling the marketing for several retail
properties and successfully also successfully
coordinated the monthly Houston Street Fair & Market in
partnership with the City of San Antonio and former
Mayor Hardberger.
Before joining REATA
in August 2005, Nancy served as the General Manager and
Marketing Director for Tanger Outlet Center, a 463,000
square foot outlet center in San Marcos, Texas.
Nancy’s experience has included the management of
commercial, office, industrial and residential
properties in San Antonio, Austin, and Florida. Over the
years, Nancy has gained extensive experience in
operations, facilities maintenance, and marketing. Nancy
served as the tenant coordinator for a ¼ million square
foot retail expansion, has been responsible for the
preparation and implementation of annual budgets
including capital expenditures, overseeing monthly
variance reports, handling tenant and contractor
relations as well as the hiring, training, and
supervision of personnel.
Nancy is a San Antonio native with one son and two
grandsons. Nancy has approximately 29 years experience
in property management and is active with the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and
Building Owners and Managers Institute International,
Inc. (BOMA).
