MONA LOWE

Mona joined the
REATA Real Estate Services
team in October, 2001 as partner and president of
REATA Property Management, Inc., a newly
created full-service commercial property management
company. Currently the corporation is responsible for
managing approximately 3.1 million square feet of retail
and office space in San Antonio and South Texas.
Mona has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with
the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since
1993. During a 12-year career with Trammell Crow
Company, she served as a senior property manager,
supervising the property management staff for a large
office portfolio. She also had the responsibility for
the marketing and leasing of 400,000 square feet of
retail product.
In September of 2005, Mona Lowe and
REATA Property Management, Inc.
was honored with the “Business Growth Award” by the San
Antonio Business Journal. The September issue featured
“Celebrating Outstanding Women and Minority Business
Leaders”. Recognition was given to eleven business women
that stood out from the crowd and contributed to their
communities’ economy and quality of life.
Mona has a B. A. in Literature from the University of
Texas at San Antonio. She the 2006 President of the San
Antonio Chapter Institute of Real Estate Management and
a member of the San Antonio Downtown Alliance. She is
also President of the Houston Street Re-development
Corporation, a non-profit organization whose mission is
to re-vitalize the heart of downtown San Antonio by
unifying the property owners and tenants to re-create
the downtown destination. She is a Board Trustee for the
Mind Science Foundation and is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. Mona strongly
believes in integrating community and cultural
initiatives with commercial real estate goals because it
is good for business and the city’s quality of life.
