Kraig McCoy of
REATA Property Management, Inc.
manages a portfolio of office and retail properties in
San Antonio. Kraig has experience in marketing, tenant
relations, and financial reconciliations. Before joining
REATA in January of 2007, Kraig was with Trammell Crow
Company. He assisted in the management of over 1,000,000
square feet of industrial and retail space. He also
handled the specialty leasing for Crossroads Mall. In
2003, Kraig was also the Director of Marketing for Simon
Property Group for a super-regional mall consisting of
888,000 square feet. Kraig has a Bachelor of Science
degree in International Business Management with a
specialization in Finance from Arizona State University.
Kraig has approximately 12 years experience in the
property management field and is a member of the San
Antonio Building Owners and Managers Institute
International, Inc. (BOMA).
