DAVE MEADEN
President |
Dave Meaden has over 25 years
experience in the commercial real estate industry. He
began his career in commercial real estate in 1982 as a
Project Leasing Agent for Trammell Crow Company in
Austin, TX. He stayed with Trammell Crow Company until
1999. During that time Dave leased, developed and
brokered commercial properties with Trammell Crow
Company in Austin, TX; Albequerque, NM; Chicago, IL and
San Antonio, TX. Dave has experience with developing
over 3,000,000 square feet of properties with a value in
excess of $200,000,000. While in Chicago, Dave was
named one of the top 10 Brokers nationally within
Trammell Crow Company each year from 1994 – 2000. Dave
is a co-founder of
REATA Real Estate Services.
Dave has a B.A. in Economics from
Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Business
Administration in Finance from the University of Texas
at Austin. His professional memberships include the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the
Industrial Development Research Council, and the Council
of Logistics Management Warehouse Education Research
Council. Dave is married and has three children. |
