Art Villareal of
REATA Property Management, Inc. manages a portfolio of
mixed use office and retail property in San Antonio. Art has experience in
operations, facilities maintenance and tenant relations.
Prior to joining REATA in November 2004, Art was with Trammell Crow Company.
His duties included daily coordination with contractors and property managers,
he assisted in the preparation of monthly reports for office and retail
properties, routine property inspections, coordination of vendor service
agreements as well as supervision of vendors. Art was also a Facilities
Assistant for the West Corporation.
Art is a native of South Texas and has approximately 9 years of experience in
the property management field. Art is active with the San Antonio Building
Owners and Managers Institute International, Inc. (BOMA) and is currently
serving on the BOMA-Financial Committee.
