REATA Property Management,
Inc. currently manages a portfolio of
approximately 3.1 million square feet including retail,
office building and mixed-use commercial space. In fact,
it is the objective of Mona Lowe, President of
REATA Property Management Inc.,
to create special destinations, marketplaces and quality
office environments to create added value for their
client’s properties.
In her two decades of property management and leasing
experience, Lowe has developed a distinctive game plan
for enhancing value through what she calls the REATA
Communications Model. At the heart of the Model is team
assemblage, which she considers the most important
component to creating value. Given a property’s
particular parameters and objectives, she selects a team
of real estate and marketing professionals who have the
experience, skill sets and contacts that will help
achieve the property’s full potential and continued
success.
Team members must be able to deftly "swing through the
trees," Lowe contends. They must be intelligent and
critical thinkers, quick and creative whether in solving
problems or devising value-enhancing opportunities.
Repeatedly, Lowe has demonstrated how properties can be
brought to life through individual creative strategies.
She and her team helped sharpen the urban, artistic
flair of San Antonio’s Houston Street Re-Development
Project by spearheading in association with ARTPACE,
"Chalk It Up" in which local artists created works of
art in chalk along Houston Street’s sidewalks in
downtown San Antonio. This event is planned to be an
annual streetscape event that will help build visitor
momentum and revitalize local interest in downtown.
Communicating with clients and tenants is, of course, a
cornerstone of the REATA Communications Model. REATA’s
monthly reports to their clients on a property’s income,
marketing and other parameters of success are tailored
to the property owner’s particular objectives and
requirements. Likewise, the REATA property management
teams conduct regular and interactive communications
with their tenants to ensure, as best possible, that the
objectives of the ownership and tenants are
complementary and unified.
With such a well-crafted and individualized approach to
management and leasing, REATA
Property Management Inc. has been an
effective manager for a number of large top-tier
properties while also bringing value and innovation to
smaller neighborhood properties. REATA continues to seek
clients in Central and South Texas who would benefit
from its specialized approach, and invites inquiries.
