REATA Property Management has 34 employees with an employee average of 22 years of real estate experience. The REATA Property Management portfolio is 3.1 million square feet which comprises 21 different owners and 42 different buildings. The benefit to owners is that we can share our best practices and cross- train between managers, building engineers and accountants. This team approach insures that your building is managed as efficiently as possible and is always covered by one of our managers.

 

Communication

Communicating with clients and tenants is the cornerstone of the REATA Communications Model. REATA’s monthly reports to their clients on property’s income, marketing and other parameters of success are tailored to the property owner’s particular objectives and requirements. Likewise, the REATA property management teams conduct regular and interactive communications with their tenants to ensure, as best possible, that the objectives of the ownership and tenants are complementary and unified.
