PRICE ONKEN

Price joined Reata Real Estate in summer of 2007. He worked at the HEB Grocery Company as a financial analyst prior to working at Reata. Price has experience in marketplace analysis, demographic analysis as well as tenant representation and project leasing. He is currently working with national retailers such as Church’s Chicken and Athlete’s Foot along with several local retailers in the San Antonio market.

Price graduated from Trinity University in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Price was the team captain of the basketball team while attending Trinity University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and an active member of the Trinity alumni association.
