JENNIFER HARGIS

Jennifer Hargis has been a leasing associate with Reata Real Estate Services since 2004. Previously, she was with United Commercial Realty. Jennifer is responsible for leasing a variety of retail centers in San Antonio including The Vineyard, Arbor Park and Lincoln Heights shopping centers. New construction projects for Jennifer include the leasing for Quarry Village, a 100,000sf specialty retail mixed-use development across from the successful Alamo Quarry Market as well as The Village at the Rim, a 300,000 specialty retail development being constructed between Bass Pro Shops and the Palladium Theater at the newly opened Rim Shopping Center on La Cantera Parkway. Jennifer also represents several local and national retailers and restaurants, and she has helped them add locations and grow their businesses in the San Antonio market.

Jennifer graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Spanish. Prior to deciding on a real estate career, Jennifer was a news reporter for CBS news in Colorado and Texas. Jennifer was born and raised in San Antonio and has enjoyed seeing her hometown city grow and develop into a major U.S. city. Jennifer is married and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Redeemer Presbyterian Church and is a volunteer for Stillwater Youth Sports Camp and the Young Life organization.
