DAVID BALLARD

David joined Reata in February of 2006. David’s goal is to maximize the potential of the office and industrial market in San Antonio while representing Landlords and Tenants in getting the best return on their real estate decisions. Prior to joining Reata, David specialized in leasing and selling office investments to major tenants in and around San Antonio with Stream Realty Partners. David has accomplished leasing and investment sales totaling over $20 million thus far in his commercial real estate career.

Among other distinctions in his career, most recently David was named President of the CCIM San Antonio South Texas Chapter. Also has been named to Real Estate Council “Leadership Development Program” for 2007 and was named to the San Antonio Business Journals Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate” in 2006. David is married and has two children.
