Thomas has been a partner with REATA Real Estate Services since its inception in 2001. He brings with him 15 years of experience in retail leasing, acquisition/dispositions and tenant representation for the Woodmont Company in Fort Worth and, from 1993 until 1999, for Trammell Crow Company in San Antonio. Thomas has completed approximately 3,500,000 square feet of retail leasing and acquisition/disposition transactions, and more than 200 acres of land sales. He has expanded his client base from San Antonio to include Austin, Laredo and the Rio Grande Valley.

Thomas graduated from Texas Christian University in 1989 with a bachelor in business administration. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the San Antonio Real Estate Council. He also serves on the board of the Children’s Shelter of San Antonio, and is a member of the Texas Christian University Alumni Association and Christ Episcopal Church. He is married and has three children.
