Bob is a 30-plus year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. As a past Managing Partner of Allied Development Company, Managing Director of Trammell Crow Company and Chief Executive Officer of REATA Real Estate Services, L.L.C., Bob has been involved in the development of more than 4,500,000 square feet of retail space valued in excess of $750,000,000. Bob’s ability to solve problems, build effective teams to achieve common goals and consistently achieve outstanding results for projects, partners and customers has made him a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry. He has been selected for Who’s Who in San Antonio Real Estate, and earned Trammell Crow Company’s Outstanding Individual Performance Award and Best Development Project Award.

Bob is a 1972 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in political science. Professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Presidents Council of San Antonio (past president) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (past president.) He also is past president of the San Antonio Children’s Shelter and serves on the board of directors of the San Antonio Children’s Foundation and San Antonio Area Council. He is married and has two children.
