Michael N. Jersin, REATA’s CEO and Partner, leads some of our most successful marketing and lease-up efforts including Alamo Ranch, City Base Landing, Huebner Oaks and The Village at Stone Oak Shopping Centers. He also represents many nationally recognized tenants in the South Texas market including Advance Auto Parts, Harbor Freight Tools, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, K&G Menswear, Lane Bryant, Men’s Wearhouse, Panda Express and Skechers.
Michael maintains an active community leadership role as a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, UTSA Founder’s Council and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Michael has also coached in the YMCA Basketball Program, JCC Youth Basketball League and the Town and Country Little League.
Prior to joining REATA, Michael was President of United Commercial Realty, Inc. - San Antonio where he administered the company, represented tenants in the South Texas market and was responsible for approximately 3,000,000 square feet of project leasing.
Michael is married and has three children.
