Craig joined the REATA Property Management Team in 2009. Currently, he manages our premier, high profile multi-use development consisting of 200,000 square feet of office and 49,000 square feet of retail. His primary focus is establishing and improving landlord, tenant and vendor relationships while his responsibilities include monthly financial reporting, annual budgets and lease administration.
Craig has an extensive background in multi-use developments, capital construction projects and tenant build out oversight. He enjoys and takes pride in working closely with General Contractors to ensure that both Landlord assets are protected and Tenant’s expectations are met.
Prior to joining REATA Craig spent more than 20 years in outdoor specialty retail, honing sales, management, and vendor relation skills. His strong commitment to customer service made the transition to Property Management an easy one. His ability to handle situations evenhanded and efficient has made him a great asset to the REATA team.
Craig is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Institute International, Inc. (BOMA) and Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM). He holds a Bachelor in Graphic Communications from Texas State University.
Away from the office, Craig volunteers with Reel Recovery, a national non-profit organization which conducts free fly-fishing retreats for men living with all forms of cancer. He also coaches Little League Baseball and Youth Soccer and has served as a board member on the Fredericksburg Youth Baseball Association.
He is married and the proud father of two children.
